pro tip: working w/me

Whenever we hired a new PM or Field Engineer, I sat down with them and explained all the unique things about me and tried to better understand what made them tick. A friend sent me this template recently and I’ve found it helpful. Idea is to have everyone fill these out and share them with colleagues. I wish I had this years ago.
